Attendee Support
Tickets are instantly sent to your registered email. You can also view them in your dashboard under "My Collections". If you are using the PWA, your tickets are available offline once loaded.
Yes, unless the Event Creator has disabled transfers. Navigate to the specific ticket in "My Collections" and select "Transfer Ticket" to enter the recipient's email address.
If an event is officially cancelled by the creator, refunds are automatically processed to your Chest. You can then withdraw these funds to your bank or use them for future bookings.
Creator Workspace
Posting free events is dependent on your user category. For paid events, Inspiro charges a percentage to cover secure processing and platform maintenance. See our full pricing breakdown.
Revenue from ticket sales is updated in real-time in your Chest. However, funds are typically eligible for withdrawal 24–48 hours after the event has successfully concluded to ensure attendee protection.
Vendor Marketplace
Verification requires a valid business ID or NIN, a fully completed portfolio, and at least two successful bookings through the platform. Verified vendors appear higher in search results.
We charge a flat lead-generation fee or a small percentage of the contract value depending on your subscription tier. This covers the secure escrow service that protects your payment.
Gigs, Tasks & Backing
A Gig is a job, activity or procedure within the Event Inspiro ecosystem that helps creators or vendors achieve their targets. They are like small temporal jobs or assignments that benefit both the creator and the performer.
The Task Force is our community of professional event staff (ushers, security, coordinators). By joining, you get notified of paid opportunities in your chosen location.
Yes. Creators must fund the gig amount into escrow before you start. Once the task is marked as complete, the funds move to your Chest.
Backing is a form of active support. You can "Back" a project by completing specific promotional tasks, providing micro-funding, or offering professional services. In return, you earn Yield Rewards or a share of the event's success directly into your Chest.
Gigs range from On-Site Support (ushering, technical setup) to Digital Support (social media amplification, ticket sales referrals, and community moderation). Each task is tied to a specific reward milestone.
Once the Creator or Vendor verifies your support/task as completed, your earnings are instantly moved from Escrow to your Chest. Some high-impact backing tasks may also earn you Exclusive Access or VIP Badges.
Yes! Many vendors post "Scaling Gigs" where you can support their business operations. This creates a collaborative ecosystem where your expertise helps them deliver better events while you earn.
Chest & Support
Navigate to "Chest", click "Withdraw," and enter your bank details. To prevent fraud, your bank account name must match your Inspiro profile name.
You can top up via Bank Transfer, Debit Card, or USSD. Click "Top Up" inside your Chest to generate a unique one-time payment reference.
